A clump of hair (usually artificial), that has been discarded or forcibly removed from the wearer's head. Upon liberation it is free to blow around in the wind, like it's namesake, the Tumbleweed.
Tumbleweaves can commonly be found in urban areas and often come to encompass other street paraphernalia including leaves, cigarette butts and chicken bones.
